Terms and Conditions for Bus Rentals and Travel Services
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the rental of buses and provision of travel services by Restor Travel ("the Company") to the Client ("the customer"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as stipulated in the invoice.
- A minimum deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made no later than 30 days before the scheduled service.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payments with an additional 3% transaction fee.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@restortravels.com
- Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 45 days before departure: full refund
- 15-45 days before departure: 70% of total cost
- Less than 14 days before departure: 100% (no refund)
- No refunds will be issued for unused services or no-shows.
4. Amendments
- Changes to booking details (date, route, passenger count, etc.) must be requested at least 10 days in advance.
- All amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Responsibilities of the Customer
- The customer is responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the rental period.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the customer.
- No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is allowed on board.
6. Driver and Vehicle Use
- Only authorized personnel may operate the vehicle.
- The driver retains the right to refuse transport to any person deemed unfit, abusive, or intoxicated.
- The driver will follow a predetermined itinerary; unscheduled stops or route changes must be pre-approved.
7. Delays and Interruptions
- The Company is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond its control.
- In the case of mechanical failure, the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement vehicle.
8. Insurance and Liability
- The Company maintains commercial vehicle insurance in accordance with local regulations.
- Passengers are advised to carry personal travel insurance.
- The Company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
9. Force Majeure
- The Company shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations due to acts beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
